Digital Products (Templates, Assets, Designs)

  • All purchases of digital products such as templates, video files, graphic design assets, LUTs, overlays, and other downloadable content are non-refundable.
  • Once the product has been downloaded or delivered to you, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please review the product description and previews carefully before purchasing.

Custom Projects (Video Editing, Custom Invitations)

  • For customized services or projects, cancellation is only possible before the work has started.
  • If you wish to cancel a project after work has started, any advance payment made will be non-refundable and will be used to cover the time and resources spent on the project.
  • Once the final files are delivered, no refund will be provided.

Incorrect or Damaged Files

  • In the rare case that you receive a corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect file, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will verify the issue and provide a replacement file at no extra cost.
